Baosteel Europe GmbH was established in Hamburg, Germany in October 1993, which is a wholly owned overseas subsidiary of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Since 2020 our Headquarter is in Munich. Our scope of business includes trading of metallurgic raw material, steel products, machinery parts, equipment engineering, etc. Baosteel Europe consists of the following divisions: Financial Department, Steel Department, Equipment and Spare Parts Department, South Africa Office, Turkey Office, Russia Office and Baosteel Europe Technical Service Center. Besides, Baosteel Europe also has three subsidiaries: Baosteel Italia Distribution Center S.P.A. in Italy, Baosteel Middle East FZE in UAE and Baosteel Espana S.L. in Spain.

Baosteel Europe GmbH is also responsible for coordination of relevant business activities and affairs of China BaoWu Steel Group Corporation Limited in the area of Europe, Africa & Middle East.

As a new Equipment & Spare Parts Sales and Purchasing Center, Obei Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary under China BaoWu Steel Group Corporation Limited since September 2020. With the help of Obei Co., Ltd., we aim to correspond to our company's vision and expand our Equipment & Spare Parts business to the European market.
